Communication with the property management company was terrible. It could only happen directly by phoning them and not through VRBO. That said, once we realized that, it was much better. Apartment itself was open and spacious but there is no A/C. There's also a lingering smell of cigarettes from before but I suppose that's Paris for you. Finally, everytime we turned the stove on, we couldn't put anything else on in the room or it would trip the electric box.

Nous avons vécu une expérience cauchemardesque avec la location que vous proposez 60 rue Pergolèse à Paris. Dès notre arrivée nous sommes entrés en contact avec votre service de conciergerie Check My Guest pour leur exposer la situation, signifier notre insatisfaction et demander le remboursement du séjour car il était inconcevable de rester dans cet appartement tant le manque d'entretien et d'hygiene étaient inacceptables. Nous sommes entrés dans un appartement qui ressemblait à un squat : poubelles qui jonchent le sol, frigidaire répugnant, aucun ménage effectué, le matelas, couettes et oreillers étaient tachés, une odeur nauséabonde... un simple ménage et des draps propres ne sont pas suffisants ... la literie est juste insalubre. Nous sommes scandalisés et abasourdis que vous osiez proposer des logements dans de telles conditions. Quel manque de respect pour vos clients ! Il me semble que la profession doit quand meme respecter certains standards en terme d'hygiène ... vous en êtes très très loin !!! Nous sommes encore plus choqués de la médiocrité de votre service client ... depuis le 28 juin, personne ne répond a notre réclamation, personne n'assume ses responsabilités : ni vous, ni Check my guest, ni abritel. C'est un peu facile d'ignorer ses clients lorsqu'ils ont payé l'intégralité du séjour à l'avance et à l'aveugle. c'est tout simplement une arnaque. Je peux vous faire suivre les différents emails echangés et photos qui démontrent de notre terrible expérience. Merci de procéder au remboursement comme demandé depuis le 28 juin. Nous n'avons jamais séjourné dans cet appartement et rendu les clés, 30 minutes après notre arrivée. Nous avons du trouver à la dernière minute une solution de logement alternative à nos frais. Nous avons réservé 5 nuits pour cet appartement, proposé par votre partenaire Belvilla et géré par checkmyguest à Paris.Nous avons réglé la totalité à la réservation: 2106Nous n’avons pas séjourné dans l’appartement compte tenu des conditions d'hygiène déplorable (cf photos), nous avons immédiatement contacté checkmyguest pour exposer la situation et leur demander l’annulation et le remboursement du séjour. Nous leur avons adressé les photos.Nous avons dû à la dernière minute trouver une solution de logement alternative à nos frais. La situation dans laquelle nous nous sommes trouvés a été très contrariante et stressante et financièrement dommageable.Dans les premiers échanges par mails, notre interlocuteur chez checkmyguest nous a dit comprendre notre demande et faire le nécessaire auprès du gestionnaire de l’appartement pour obtenir le remboursement.Il est désormais de mauvaise foi, prétextant que c’est un simple retard de ménage. Cela fait 5 jours que nous n'avons plus de nouvelles et nous n'avons reçu aucun remboursement.C’est une triple peine : - la sidération d’entrer dans un appartement qui ressemble à un squat- le stress de devoir trouver une solution, de logement alternatif à la dernière minute et à nos frais- devoir se battre pour obtenir le remboursement de la location qui a été entièrement réglé en avance. Nous avons le sentiment d’avoir été abusés par des personnes sans scrupules, sans respect pour leurs clients et cupides.
