a very intimate house with a large private outdoor space where you can relax on the comfortable sofas. A stone's throw from the Venice Biennale in a neighborhood still very much lived by Venetians. Also convenient for the lido and beaches. Near the accommodation there is the green area of San Elena equipped for outdoor sports. All services are just a few minutes away. the apartment can be reached from the mainland with the green line 5.1 or the direct line 6. from the airport the blue alilaguna shuttle stops at the arsenale stop
