We loved the Beaver Run location. The beer festival was on site and the food and Wine festival a short walk towards town. In a few minutes we could be at Maggie Pond or downtown. We had breathtaking views from the patio. The home met all of our needs!

Great location

Great ski in/out. We liked how the bedrooms (upstairs) were separate from the living room and kitchen. We love the pool and hot tubs. We will definitely be back.

Convenient Condo with Inviting Views

Enjoyed condo with beautiful views of mountains from 2nd bedroom and ski run from master bedroom and living room. Escaped the Texas heat and enjoyed Breckenridge. Great location, amenities and responsive owner.

The only complaint was that the elevators were not working & we had to carry our luggage 6 flights of stairs!

We looked into this, and 1 of the 2 elevators was getting routine maintenance for a few hours. The second elevator was working fine, which is located on the other end of the hallway. We are glad you enjoyed the location and hot tubs!

great holiday weekend

We loved the convenience of this location as well as the convenience of he on-site amenities. With kids, it can be challenging to eat and entertain them in town after a long ski day with waits for dining, especially during. a snow-filled holiday weekend. Beaver Run has everything we look for and we never needed to go outside or wait in line. The market, pizza, bar, pool and hot tub, arcade, restaurant and ski lockers made our time seamless.

Breck vacation

Thank goodness for the owner of the property. He helped us alot. As for the property manager i would let them go. No communications at all. They did email me once after the owner took care of the situation. I would assume if the owner is paying for there services they would have been on top of there job. The owner Marques should give me a call so i can explain a few things he needs to know.

I’m sorry that you didn’t feel like the staff was able to meet your standards, and I have to say that I’m very surprised with your feedback because I’ve never had a complaint about any of the staff members. As you know, the condo is part of a large hotel, and the staff serves both the hotel guests and visitors like yourself that book condos through VRBO. Due to the city and county’s guidance for COVID-19, the staff at many places has been cut down significantly to help protect the health and safety of guests, employees, and the community, and the smaller staff is still responsible for taking care of all guests that are visiting the property. When you expressed your concern, I did my best to respond as quickly as possible, so I am happy I could help. I am also glad you and your family enjoyed our condo and had a great time skiing in Breckenridge.

Amazing late season find!

We made a spur of the moment decision to sneak in three late season ski days at Breckenridge, and wasn't sure what I would find lodging-wise with less than a week's notice. What I found was an amazing host (Marques) who posted a 100% accurate description of his condo, its amenities, and its location. The check in process is great because it's right on site with 24 hour front desk service. It truly is ski in/ski out with the Beaver Run lift just outside of the heated ski locker area. The kitchen is very well stocked, the beds are very comfortable, and there were plenty of linens. Everything was very clean, too. Some past reviews had mentioned the unit gets chilly--we did not have that issue and it got down to single digits one night. It was very comfortable for 3 adults, and would be fine for four adults or a family of four. Finally, Marques is an amazing host--answers every questions quickly and was just super pleasant with every interaction I had. Definitely hope we can get back here next season!!

We had a great stay at this condo! It is close enough to walk to town and the shuttle was an extra bonus when too tired to walk back! Everything was as described and clean—the view is gorgeous! Host was very responsive when I had a question too. Would love to stay here again!

Great location, great activities very expensive on site parking.

Owner was very responsive and provided great directions. The condo was clean and very roomy for a family of 5. Definitely need the free firewood to keep the downstairs warm. The windows/sliding door on the first floor needs upgraded to keep the cold out of the room.

Great Place

We have a great time at your place. The views were amazing. The hiking was a blast, the activities were so much fun with the kids. There was some construction going on but that can't be avoided or timed. The condo was clean and perfect. We loved staying there! Thank you for being such great hosts!

Great condo right on the mountain!

We spent 5 days here with our 2 kids, and this condo served us well! We loved having 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen to cook meals. The pool and hot tub area was great for our kids too after a day of hiking. We took several hikes straight outside of the condo and also rode the bus into town to get on the gondola. We loved our stay here! Marques was a great host and checked in on us after we arrived.

Great place for families

Property was just as described. We had all the conveniences of home, it was clean and well maintained. Beautiful mountain views. Beaver Run was quiet, pool was warm, and shuttle service was quick, friendly, and helpful at navigating us around town. Would highly recommend!!

Weekend Getaway

Great location/proximity to town. Love that there are multiple hot tubs on the property so you aren't crammed into a single hot tub with strangers. The owner was very responsive to our questions/requests. It was a great weekend getaway.
