Warwick Villa, Walmer

Warwick Villa is an elegant Edwardian Villa overlooking Marke Wood, in Walmer. The owners have lovingly restored the house, retaining many original features throughout. Set over four floors, this perfectly positioned holiday home is a fantastic seaside getaway for larger groups and families. On the ground floor, there are two sitting rooms with plenty of comfortable seating and an open plan kitchen/dining room, which is ideal for socialising with loved ones and opens out to the garden. Upstairs are four spacious double bedrooms to accommodate up to eight guests. Outside there is good size garden at the back of the property, which offers the perfect spot to relax with a drink after a day at the beach. Situated in the heart of Walmer, this home couldn't be in a better position, with it's close proximity to the beach (3 minute walk), local amenities and quiet surroundings. Marke Wood provides a large green space directly opposite the house, whilst the property's spacious layout makes it ideal for families looking for a coastal break. One dog is very welcome.

Enter into the hallway with the staircase ahead.

Light and spacious double reception room with large sash windows and wooden shutters. There are a variety of comfortable seating options across both rooms.

Kitchen/ Dining Room
A large, fully equipped kitchen with a SMEG oven and gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a free standing fridge/freezer.

Dining table and chairs to seat six people. There is also a sofa in the kitchen by the doors leading out to the garden.

At the back of the house is a lovely garden with a patio and lawn area with table and chairs.

First floor

Family bathroom
A large family bathroom with a walk in rainfall shower, a free standing roll top bath tub and basin.

Across the landing is a separate WC.

Bedroom One
Front bedroom - Sleeps 2, with a double bed, bedside tables, lamps, chaise lounge, wardrobes and views across to the park.

Bedroom Two
Back bedroom - Sleeps 2, with a double bed, bedside tables, lamps, wardrobe. This bedroom looks out to the garden at the back of the house.

With a walk in shower, basin and WC.

Front bedroom - Sleeps 2, with a double bed, bedside tables, lamps, wardrobe, chaise lounge. This room also has a desk and chair with views overlooking the park.

Free on road parking on the road.
There is a garden to the rear of the property with seating.
One well behaved dog is allowed. Please note that dogs must stay downstairs.
Please note that there is no travel cot at the house. The high chair is stored in the cupboard under the stairs.

Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.

Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.

Beautiful house

We stayed here for three nights over half term and couldn’t have asked for a lovelier house. Big rooms, all of which were very comfortable and clean. Perfectly situated for walking into Deal in one direction and Kingsdown (the Zetland Arms) in the other and with a park opposite. Great walled garden that was good for our dog. We are already planning our return!

Xmas in Walmer

Warwick Villa is incredibly spacious, well furnished and beautifully finished. Our family group immediately felt relaxed and completely at home there for Christmas. Location is excellent it’s 5 mins walk from the sea with a choice of walking along the coast either toward Deal or Kingsdown. Deal has some great little shops and pubs and we can’t wait to return to this beautiful house to explore the area some more. Thanks also to the excellent staff at Keepers Cottages for making the whole rental experience so straightforward for us.

A lovely spacious home. Warwick Villa is ideally situated near a park, the beach and a short walk to Deal making the whole weekend a wonderful experience for all the family, both young and old, and the dogs. All the rooms are tastefully decorated, comfortable and clean. Lovely bed linen and towels, and a perfect kitchen/diner for busy mealtimes. The pretty, enclosed garden was safe for both children and dogs.The staff at Keepers Cottages were very friendly and helpful.A delightful time was had by all. Thank you.
