Regarding the bathroom supplies, we provide the basics for short stays, and our team is available to deliver additional items upon request. The mattresses are generously sized and medium-firm in quality, chosen to suit various sleep preferences, although we understand that comfort can be perceived differently by each guest. Regarding the points you mentioned, we would like to clarify that during the stay the only issue reported to us was the dishwasher, which was followed up and resolved within the established timeframes according to technical availability. Had we been notified of any of the other matters you mention, we would have acted immediately to resolve them; however, we were not given the opportunity to intervene during the stay. Additionally, please note that we do not have control over construction works or external factors outside the property. The apartment is prepared following defined standards for an independent stay, including the possibility to cook and manage daily needs comfortably. Any additional requirements can be handled by contacting the team, who are available to coordinate solutions within our policies.
