There is a children's play area, washing machine and dryer for common use, wifi, unattended outdoor parking, air conditioning, a large saltwater swimming pool with a large solarium area, the barbecue area, ideal for convivial moments, and a bar with a cozy relaxation area.

Although the apartments belong to the same type, they may differ in terms of furnishings and equipment.
The kitchenette and waste disposal are the responsibility of the client. If these obligations are not met, a penalty of € 50.00 will be charged for failure to clean the kitchenette and an additional € 50.00 for failure to deliver waste.

The flats consist of a living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, dishwasher, microwave.

Although belonging to the same type, the flats may differ in terms of furnishings and equipment.
The kitchenette and waste disposal are the responsibility of the client. Should these obligations not be met, a penalty of 50.00 will be applied for failure to clean the kitchenette and a further 50.00 for failure to dispose of waste.
