Voorzien van airco en voldoende ruimte voor 4 personen. Fijn dat er strandspullen beschikbaar waren zoals een strandparasol. Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. Chia is een toeristenplaatsje. Appartement maakt deel uit van een zgn residentie. Klein zwembad beschikbaar. Fijn voor wat afkoeling. Perfecte uitvalsbasis om de mooie stranden te bezoeken. Auto is noodzakelijk, binnenland bezoeken kost relatief veel tijd. Sardinie kent weinig rechte wegen...

Vacanza al di sopra delle aspettative
Appartamento confortevole e ben attrezzato in posizione strategica per raggiungere le spiagge più belle di Chia. Zona tranquilla con una piscina a pochissimi metri. Padroni disponibili e cordiali. Ottima soluzione per famiglie con bambini.

Casa molto funzionale
La casa è ben arredata con tutto il necessario per una vacanza per 5/6 persone, ottimale 4 adulti + 1 bambino!
Si trova in una zona tranquilla e a piedi si possono raggiungere un market e qualche ristorante invece per le spiagge serve l'auto (5 min) oppure anche in bici (10-15 min). La piscina condivisa è separata dalla casa ma a soli 10mt. I proprietari sono molto gentili e sempre disponibili. Nel complesso casa consigliatissima!

La casa è disposta in ottima posizione, silenziosa e tenuta in ottimo stato
La proprietà si trova all'interno di un residence ben tenuto, con una bella e grande piscina (unica pecca gli orari di apertura e 1 giorno di chiusura totale anche nel mese di agosto), vicino ai principali servizi e alle spiagge più belle di Chia, tutte facilmente raggiungibili con macchina, nessuna a piedi. La casa è in ottime condizioni, confortevole, pulita e con un arredamento in stile molto bello. Unica pecca la mancanza di una finestra nelle camere da letto che danno su una lavanderia verandata, il che obbliga ad accendere sempre l'aria condizionata durante la notte. Il padrone di casa disponibile e gentilissimo, ci ha dato anche degli ottimi suggerimenti sulle spiagge da visitare. Spiagge bellissime e selvagge con pochi servizi, necessaire le borse frigo messe a disposizione dal padrone di casa! Nelle vicinanze ci sono supermercati forniti e bancarelle di frutta e verdura, mentre la qualità dei ristoranti è abbastanza scarsa, per quelli bisogna informarsi bene e valutare le proprie aspettative. Nel complesso bellissima vacanza!

Sig.ra Giulia, La ringrazio per la Sua bella recensione e mi auguro di averla nuovamente come ospite . Mi permetto solo di fare alcune doverose precisazioni . Purtroppo la piscina non può restare sempre aperta e fruibile a tutte le ore per via del fatto che è obbligatoria , per legge, la presenza del bagnino e dunque , dopo le ore 20:00, è chiusa. Mi preme, per chi legge le recensioni , anche precisare che le camere da letto non sono prive di finestre, ma sono presenti 2 ampie porte finestre che danno su una veranda chiusa ma illuminata naturalmente e arieggiata . Appartamento delizioso
Appartamento delizioso e accogliente con spazi suddivisi in modo ottimale è ideale sia per coppie che per famiglie con bambini. Massimiliano e Roberta, accoglienti, cordiali e discreti, non tralasciano nulla per rendere confortevole il soggiorno dei loro ospiti sin dal loro arrivo. L'appartamento è pulito e curato nei minimi particolari, è corredato di tutto ciò che occorre per la cucina e per le pulizie ed inoltre ha lavatrice, asciugacapelli, lettore dvd, asse e ferro da stiro, stendino, aspirapolvere, aria condizionata, qualche oggetto utile per la spiaggia come ombrellone, borsa frigo e persino giocattoli. Ottima posizione per raggiungere spiagge incantevoli in pochi minuti di macchina. Nelle vicinanze ci sono ristoranti e qualche piccolo market, ma per la spesa è consigliabile spostarsi di qualche Km per trovare prezzi più convenienti. Utile la piscina condominiale sopratutto per i bambini.
Il soggiorno è stato pienamente soddisfacente da tutti i punti di vista: torneremo presto!

Vacanza in un caloroso ambiente
Siamo stati una settimana in questa casa accogliente e ben attrezzata e ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene e a nostro agio. Tutto era pulito, arredato con molto gusto fino nei particolari più minuti. Non mancava di niente; sia in cucina che in bagno che nelle stanze.
Molto utile anche la presenza della lavatrice con stendino, delle borse-frigo da mare e dei contenitori per frutta. Nostro figlio ha persino trovato dei giochi da spiaggia evitandoci l'acquisto. I proprietari sono stati molto affabili e disponibili.
L' appartamento era tranquillo e l'area favolosa con spiagge e mare stupendo.
Consiglieremo questo immobile anche a degli amici o parenti.

Un bijoux turchese
Bellissimo appartamento, curato nei minimi dettagli dove il colore turchese e' il tema ricorrente. Nulla e' messo a caso: finemente arredata, la casa e' funzionale ed estremamente accogliente grazie alla cura di Massimiliano e Roberta che tengono particolarmente al conforto dei loro ospiti. Vicinissima alle spiagge più note e belle del sud della Sardegna, la casa e' un comodo e tranquillo punto di partenza per una vacanza fantastica.

Appartamento molto curato e in posizione strategica per poter visitare la bellissima zona. Si trova in un bel residence dotato di piscina, vicino a servizi e ottimi ristoranti. I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e nello stesso tempo riservati e ci hanno fatto trovare tutto per poter vivere una bellissima vacanza: dall'accoglienza con bibite e frutta fresca sino a guide e riviste dettagliatissime sui luoghi da visitare. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Casa dolce casa..
Appartamento fantastico, curato anche nei minimi particolari e soprattutto molto pulito e ordinato.
Cucina ben attrezzata, casa silenziosa.
Tornando dal mare avevi la sensazione di essere a "casa tua".
Le più belle spiaggie sono a due minuti, perciò volendo risulta comodo e piacevole rientrare per pranzo anche perché l'appartamento fa parte di un bel complesso residenziale di recente costruzione dotato anche di una piscina rialzata molto graziosa.
Massimiliano e Roberta sono gentili, disponibili, affidabili ed anche premurosi (all'arrivo abbiamo trovato bevande fresche e frutta !).
Ci torneremo con molto piacere.
