Sardinia CHIA, terraced rooftop garden weekly rental cottage by the sea, about 800 meters from the beach, in a complex Chia Laguna Resort. All the beaches of Chia are within 15/20 minutes walk or a short drive, using the stands of its beaches. Within a few km from Chia there are beautiful beaches with sand dunes (Nora, s. Margherita, Tuerredda, Teulada, Cala Cipolla, etc.) every day, you can explore a different beach of spectacular protected area of ​​Chia reached in a few minutes car. The village of Chia Laguna (about 300 meters) has a square with boutiques, pharmacy, ATM, ice cream, pizza bar and restaurant.
In the summer there are children's entertainment, shows and / or music every night.
In the urban center of Chia (about 1.5 km) there are restaurants, pizzerias, bars and food shops, bakeries, fishmongers, butchers, fruit and vegetables, are always open during the summer 7 days on 7.

Sehr zu empfehlen ! Tolle Lage, wunderbare Aussicht auf die Bucht , Nähe zu den Traumstränden ( 5 min mit Auto), insgesamt geschmackvoll eingerichtet, in der Küche alles an Geräten und Ausstattung mehr als erwartet da und sehr gute Betten! Absolute Ruhe und Entspannung zu erwarten ! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder !

Superschönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Der schöne Garten und der Meerblick sind genial. Die gesamte Anlage wie auch das Haus sind sehr gepflegt. Die Umgebung ust ruhig. Tolle Strände sind in der Nähe. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügt über jede Menge Geschirr und Co. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.😊

Come a casa

La casa è ben organizzata, pulita e non manca di nulla. La vista è bellissima. Bello e curato il giardino con la doccia esterna molto comoda anche perché la casa dispone di un unico bagno. Unico consiglio: lasciare a disposizione un cambio asciugamani e biancheria letto. Senza abbiamo faticato, anche se devo dire che dopo una settimana ho richiesto il cambio per i letti dei ragazzi e la sigra Lucia l’ha prontamente portato. Molto confortevole anche per il nostro cagnolino.

Perfect Holiday House

The property was pefect fit to the family, very well equipped, not missing a thing. Communication with the host was very easy. We mainly enjoyed the terrace and grilling in the evenings. Relatively short distance to the beutiful beaches..

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura, posizione panoramica e molto tranquilla, casa accogliente, curata e ben pulita. Posizione strategica per raggiungere le numerose, vicine e bellissime spiagge. Schönes Reihenhaus mit Traumblick

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus von Luca sehr genossen. Roberta hat uns vor Ort empfangen und alles gezeigt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr ansprechend und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist der absolute Traum mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf die herrlichen Strände von Chia. Wir sind sehr oft in dieser Gegend, weil wir Sardinien lieben und Chia einer der Höhepunkte der Insel für uns darstellt. Da passt das Haus von Luca gut dazu und wir können es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
