Perfect home away from home

Very nice, stylish and homely apartment close to everything in Toscolano Maderno. The apartment is located in a nice and quiet residence. The pictures in the ad are very accurate.The appliances in the apartment is just what you need when on holiday. The terrace is perfect with a very nice view of the harbour. The garage fits a medium sized car.The pool area is very nice, and perfect for a picnic and sun bathing. The only thing to be aware of is that a bathing cap is compulsory and no diving, play or toys are allowed in the pool.Several good restaurants and cafes are within 200 meters. Supermarket app 5 minutes walk away, and the closest beaches are about 10 min walk.From town there are plenty of hiking and biking trails that have stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the lake.Both Sirmione and Riva del Garda is within an hours drive from the property.

Sommerurlaub in Maderno 2025

Gemäß Absprache hat die Vermieterin schon auf uns zur Schlüsselübergabe gewartet. Wirklich sehr zuvorkommend. In der Wohnung hat alles gepasst. sauber und nur gutes Verbrauchsmaterial Vorort. Die Gesamtanlage wird fast täglich gepfelegt. Von 60 Wohneinheite sind gerade mal 10 dauerhaft belegt. Lage ist hervorrgagend mit Blick auf den See. Bei der benutzung des Pools auf die Badekappen Pflicht achten.Wir werden die Wohnung wieder buchen !!!
