The 2-bedroom apartment, with 65 m² of living space, impresses with its modern yet cozy atmosphere. Access is at ground level via a separate private entrance.

The apartment includes a bedroom, a bathroom, an entrance area, a hallway, and a spacious living area. The living area consists of a living room, a dining area, and a brand-new modern kitchen. All rooms are equipped with roller shutters. When occupied by four people, the living room is converted into a sleeping and living area for two.

The brand-new kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and leaves nothing to be desired. It features a modern oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave with grill and convection functions, as well as a toaster, sandwich maker, waffle iron, and much more – perfect for your culinary adventures.

Enjoy freshly brewed coffee every morning with our coffee machine. Whether it's cappuccino, coffee crema, latte macchiato, espresso, or other specialties, there's something for every taste.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), featuring two adjustable electric slatted frames for the head and foot sections. Next to the bed, you'll find nightstands with integrated nightlights and a practical radio alarm clock. A large wardrobe with a full-length mirror is available for your clothes. For our youngest guests, we have provided a travel crib and some toys.

The living and dining area is equipped with a large, cozy sofa and a smart flat-screen TV that offers access to a variety of streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, and more. Please note that each guest must log in individually. Additionally, you can stream content from your phone or tablet to the TV via Chromecast or Miracast. A FireTV device is also connected to the TV.
