Enjoy a unique experience in this charming rural house with capacity for 5 people, perfect for families seeking comfort and nature. Located in the interior of the Guadalhorce Valley, this property offers spacious outdoor areas where you can relax and share unforgettable moments.



The property features a **private pool** with mountain views, a spacious porch with outdoor furniture and a barbecue area for preparing delicious outdoor lunches. All of this is surrounded by a spectacular natural environment that invites you to disconnect.



Its excellent location places you just a few minutes from the motorway, facilitating access to both the Costa del Sol and the inland area. The last stretch to reach the house is via an unpaved road with a steep slope and irregularities; if you are travelling in a sports car, we do not recommend this accommodation.



Inside, you will find a spacious dining room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with everything necessary: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer. This layout allows the family to coexist comfortably, whether watching television or enjoying meals together.



The house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed for two people and another with three single beds, both with windows to the outside that provide natural light and views of the surroundings. Additionally, it has a full bathroom with a shower.



This 85 m² property is designed so that you can enjoy rural charm with all modern comforts. The garden and fenced plot guarantee privacy and security, while the 66 m² terrace is the perfect place to relax. It also has a wood-burning stove, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, and WiFi internet access so you don't lose connection.



As regards services and environment, you will have outdoor parking in the same building and a television for your leisure moments. The area is ideal for children and for those seeking to enjoy nature and the tranquillity of the rural environment.



The accommodation is located near multiple points of interest: supermarkets and restaurants 3 km away, train station 8 km away, golf courses less than 20 km away, and sandy and rocky beaches between 24 and 37 km. Additionally, you have water parks, nature parks, and tourist attractions in a nearby radius, ensuring your stay is varied and fun.



As we also do in all other properties of our brand CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, all our accommodations have towel and bed linen sets. We have cots and high chairs upon request for babies from 0 to 2 years old. And all of this, absolutely FREE.
