Family Villa with pool in Salento

Our villa in Salento is a fully equipped, comfortable place to stay, just a 10-minute drive from the beautiful coves of Torre Sant'Andrea and the beaches of Otranto (LECCE). The house is surrounded by two hectares of land with high perimeter walls, making the central courtyard with its pool a very private space. Our farmhouse is located in the countryside, an ideal spot for walks or bike rides, while all amenities can be found in the nearby village of Carpignano Salentino.

The farmhouse consists of a main building and an annex:

- The main building is L-shaped and features a spacious living room with a relaxation area complete with sofas, armchairs, and an LCD Smart TV (with digital terrestrial channels and apps such as Netflix and Amazon accessible with your own login credentials), a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a worktop, gas burners, an electric oven, and a microwave, a dishwasher, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine and a large refrigerator.
Adjacent to, but not connected to, the living room are three spacious and bright bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower.

- On the opposite side of the courtyard is the guest house with two additional bedrooms, which share a bathroom with a shower.

The property also features an additional bathroom with a shower accessible from the pool area.
Both the bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning and window screens.
The central patio features a large pool (10x5 metres); it is fully paved, and all rooms open onto it through French doors. Thanks to the perimeter wall, you can enjoy maximum privacy.

On the right is a gazebo with a ping-pong table, while a garden seating area and lounge chairs surround the pool, shaded by large umbrellas.

At the far end of the courtyard is a pergola for outdoor dining, next to a brick barbecue and a small oven for pizza or bread.

Beyond the perimeter wall lie two hectares of land enclosed by a second fence with a dry-stone wall and an automated gate.

All areas are available for our guests to use, with the exception of the storage closet in the bedroom next to the kitchen
The villa is located in the countryside, and we take care to inspect and clean both the interior and exterior spaces, including pest control.

However, it is possible that a (country) mouse might sneak in looking for food.

In addition, you may encounter ants and other insects such as wasps and mosquitoes.
