Great location terrible communication

The property is in a good spot. Problem is the refrigerator wasn't working for our entire 6 night stay. I reported it on day 1, days between replies and what's worse is they already knew the fridge wasn't working as the freezer was full of frozen blocks obviously to cool the broken fridge. Defeats the purpose of staying in an apartment if you can't store perishable food

OK but disapointed

The greatest thing about the appartment remains its location. In the centre !! That was awesome to be able to do a lot by walk. Otherwise, a bit small for 4 people (2 adults 2 kids) : for example, only 3 chairs to be around the table when the appartment said this is for 4 people...The welcome process was impersonal and we really felt it when for the second time we received the long text describing the way to enter the building instead of the invitation code promised. To conclude, globally OK but found it expensive for what it was.
