The large and open kitchen-dining room is the heart of the home, with room for both cooking and cozy moments. Fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and everything you need for cooking. Direct access to the terrace where meals can be enjoyed in the sun.

Outdoor areas:

A large wooden terrace surrounds the house and creates the opportunity to find both sun, shade and shelter all day.



The garden: A soft and well-kept lawn, perfect for playing, ball games or just relaxing.



Facilities:

Garden furniture, outdoor shower and plenty of space to enjoy nature.



Parking:

Plenty of space in the driveway with space for up to 5 cars.



Location:

With its location in Høll, Børkop, between Vejle and Fredericia, the cottage is the perfect starting point for both relaxation and experiences:

• 300 meters to the beach.

• 3 km to the nearest supermarket.

• Driving times:

• 10 min to Fredericia.

• 20 min to Vejle.

• 30 min to Kolding.

• 40 min to Billund (Legoland, Lalandia and airport).



Living room:

A bright and inviting living room with large windows that provide a beautiful view of the garden. Enjoy the evenings in front of the new fireplace (firewood can be purchased) or let the sunlight fill the room during the day.



Bathroom:

Kept in light, Nordic tones with underfloor heating and a spacious shower cubicle – the perfect place to start or end the day.



Entrance/hallway:

Practically furnished with washing machine and plenty of cupboard space for storage.



Bedroom: Double bed. A baby bed can be requested.



Room: Comfortable bunk bed (2x90x200), perfect for children or adults. (New duvets pillows January 2025)



Annex:

A cozy and functional annex that can accommodate up to 4 people:
