Very hard with communication... 4pm check in is very late as international arrivals are mid morning at the latest. No one to ask about grocery stores..restrs..sites not to miss. Interesting having a bar looking right at you

The communication issue was not on our side but due to a temporary technical problem with the platform’s inbox. We also tried to reach you by phone and suggested alternative ways of communication, but unfortunately your number was not responsive. Once the platform restored the inbox, all the necessary information was provided to you. Our check-in time is clearly stated on the platform and visible before confirming a reservation. As you may understand, it is not possible to adjust check-in and check out to flight schedules, as our cleaning team requires sufficient time to prepare the property according to our high-quality standards. We always do our best though to meet our guests needs and be as flexible as possible to offer you the best we can. Finally, the balcony is exactly as shown in the listing photos. Since the property is located in the heart of the city center, neighboring buildings are naturally present, which is also clearly reflected in the photos. We are sorry if this caused any inconvenience during your stay, and we truly hope you were still able to enjoy your time in the city.
