Grills and dining area also available by the pool and clubhouse if you want to avoid Seasonal dinner time traffic. SEE THE MAP! Beautiful views from this 3 bedroom 2 bath 8th floor penthouse condo The beach is open with water sports and beach chairs available. Santini plaza is now open with new stores and restaurant opening each month and the months to come. Farmers markey every Tuesday & Thursday!

This beautiful 3 bedroom, remarkably well done Penthouse has 11 foot ceilings, and is completely updated! This is by far the most immaculate condo available in Palm Harbor Club. The King Suite with walk in double shower and jetted tub is quite amazing. 2 additional guest rooms have Queen beds and additional Queen sleeper sofas.
The guest bath with marble tub/shower combo is beautifully decorated. This penthouse is overlooking Fish-tale Marina and the gulf, has beach and bay views all around. SEE THE PHOTOS and descriptions! A short walk with beach cart to the beach from this condo next to Santini Plaza on Lenell Rd across from FMB Fire Station. Fishtale Marina is next door with boat access and boat rentals. The marina operates 8-5 with boats being launched daily. if you like to watch the activity from the lanai. We are all looking forward to many restaurants reopening in Santini Plaza with the return of the Farmers Market October through April every Tuesday & Thursday. Restaurants such as; Bad Ass Coffee, South Beach Grille, New York Pizza & Pasta, many boutiques and apparel shops are reopening as well as Gavin's Ace Hardware, The Liquor Store, Surf Style, Off the Hook, The Islander, and Book Nook. On mid island, Publix grocery store on Fort Myers Beach is 1.8 miles. CVS open 7am - 9pm, on the corner of Lenell Rd as well as gas and convenience items at 7-11 just across from that. Leetran trolly is running with a pick up in front of Santini Plaza. Flippers restaurant, Doc Ford's, Fresh Catch Bistro & Junkanoo,Diamond Head restaurant & beach bar, Cold Stone Creamery and many others are all OPEN with more shops opening every month.

Loved our stay! The hosts were so helpful and accommodating. The condo was STUNNING and the view of the docks and boats were breathtaking! We were a short walk to one end of the beach or a short Uber or bike ride to the other end of the beach. We saw all the sites and there was so much to see. Great location! We could have privacy if we stayed walking distance or a bike ride or short Uber ride away was the boardwalk with shops, places to eat and another beach. It was the perfect little mother/ daughter getaway

Amazing condo that exceeded all expectations!

This property is as great as the photos indicate. The location, accessibility, views, finishes and cleanliness were all 5-stars! The check-in process was a breeze and the owners were super helpful throughout our stay. We’ll be back next year! Don’t miss the dolphins playing in the harbor outside of the condo, the pizza at Sandbar, the cinnamon rolls at Truly Scrumptious, the beach bar at Pinchers and the meals at South Beach Grille. All of these are just steps from the property. Flippers on the bay is a short drive but also a top notch meal as well!

What a great place! We had a wonderful time. Big, spacious, clean, modern, high end.

We would absolutely recommend this place and would come back again. Place looked brand new. High ceilings, big rooms and the enclosed lanai was wonderful. We cooked in several times and the kitchen was great. The location was good. A short walk to the beach. Quick access to a small strip mall which had a nice restaurant (South Beach Grill) some nice shops and a wonderful flea market. We rented bikes from the Dolphin ($10/day) right around the corner and rode on the beach every day! Just a wonderful break from the dreary New England weather. Thank you Jan for opening up your house to us.

Beautiful Condo!

We really loved our stay in this condo. The renovations are beautiful. It was immaculately clean and very well appointed with everything you could possibly need and more. We usually stay in the 30A area of Florida several times a year and are very picky. We were all very happy and impressed with this condo. The views were very pretty. It was nice to see the ocean in the distance and the marina below. We loved the screened in porch in morning and evenings. The beds were comfortable and I especially loved the master shower. Jan was very nice and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this beautiful condo! Thank you for everything Jan.

Awesome Penthouse -Exceeding Expectations

WOW! After searching for 2 weeks on all websites for the perfect vacation home in Fort Myers Beach, I found this fantastic Penthouse in South Island. I contacted the owners Dave and Jan Murphy who answered every question immediately and explained why this location was so special. We were flying in from Knoxville, friends from Asheville, and our sons from San Francisco and Knoxville. It was a very special vacation for our family to all get together. This penthouse was Awesome. With 3 bedrooms, sleeper sofa in both Master Bedroom and Living Room, large kitchen including all cooking essentials, eat in kitchen plus dining area, and screened in patio we had plenty of room for all. The 360 degree views of the inland waterway and ocean were a dream. Beach, restaurants, shopping, movies, CVS, and Trolley all within short walking distance. The pool was great including two Weber grills and an enclosed area with tables, refrigerator, and TV. We had a bad storm on July 4th around 7pm. We lost our AC. I called Jan the very next morning and she was on it immediately. It was fixed by 5pm the next day. Fantastic service. I have never rented a condo where the owners were available for any questions or issues immediately. Dave and Jan are the BEST! Level 10 customer or client service. We were so impressed with our experience this week, we decided to clean the penthouse including all appliances up before we left even knowing Jan had a cleaning service coming in when we left. Next time we visit Fort Myers Beach, we will definitely stay here. Many special memories were made this week. Dave and Jan: Thank You for having us as your guest and God Bless your family.

Spectacular Views in a Great Location!

Five stars! We enjoyed our stay in a well decorated and accommodated condo. The location is adjacent to the Fish Tail Marina which is great because you are footsteps away from renting a boat and taking a dolphin cruise. The beach is a semi short walk but you can park in front of the Wyndham Park hotel. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance and the Sanibel outlets are not far for any rainy afternoons. Also rented bikes at the Dolphin Inn and road on the beach - lots of fun!

Beautiful property!

We stayed at this condo mid February, 2021. The condo is beautifully renovated with upscale furniture and fixtures. Very spacious & bright. Enjoyed the views of the marina from the lenai, swimming in the pool and hot tub. Grounds are well maintained and beautifully landscaped. Enjoyed the local shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We didn't visit the local beach, choosing to go to Ft. Myers public beach instead, but would have if we'd have had more time. Only downfall was the traffic and road construction on Estero Blvd. I would definitely rent here again - maybe even buy it if it were for sale!!!

The Perfect End to 2020

Renting this condo was the perfect family vacation for the holidays! The renovations are absolutely beautiful. The master suite is amazing! It’s obvious that a lot of care was taken in the design and details for this condo. The second and third bedrooms are nicely appointed as well, and the living room sofa bed is quite comfortable. The large screen television was perfect to watch the Buckeyes beat Clemson on New Years’ Day (the owners are Ohio State fans also!) It was lovely having coffee on the lanai in the morning & watching the boats. The sunsets are amazing! The pool is beautiful with outdoor bathrooms, also. The building is very secure, private, and quiet. We took several walks to Truly Scrumptious for breakfast and evening ice cream. This is a must!! It’s a little bit of a trek to the beach, so I’d recommend being prepared with a beach cart of some sort. The condo was absolutely spotless when we arrived. Jan was always available to answer any questions we had & was so nice to work with . We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Booked this property since it looked beautiful and did not disappoint. High end furnishings, comfortable beds, amazing views, great location, and we LOVED the screened in porch. A bit of a trek to the beach with chairs in tow, so had my husband dropped us off at beach with chairs and cooler but we walked back, not that far just cumbersome. Excellent communications from Jan, with restaurant recommendations especially the cinnamon rolls close by at Truly Scrumptious. We all loved the heated pool and nice hot tub, we rented a boat at the marina just steps away. Great place to social distance in luxury surroundings, Will definetly book again!

Perfect 50th Birthday Celebration!

We booked this vacation to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. We had a trip planned to The Dominican but had to cancel due to COVID-19. I honestly did not expect the condo to live up to the amazing pictures in the listing, but it exceeded all of our expectations. Our group consisted of eight adults ranging in age from 19 - 52. There was more than enough room for everyone. The beds were all comfortable, even the pull out sofa-bed in the Master! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would ever need to prepare meals. All appliances are like new! The washer and dryer are huge and I think for the first time ever we came home with all clean clothes in our suitcases. The location is spectacular! From the screened in lanai you have great views of the Fish Tale Marina where we spent a lot of time watching the amazing boats come in and out. We ate dinner at the Fish Tale Restaurant the first night and it was excellent. We had another great dinner at South Beach which is located less than a five minute walk from the condo. We ordered pizza twice from Fancesco's Ristorante (They deliver) and it was AMAZING! There is a CVS just around the corner from the condo that we made way too many trips to. They have almost everything you need, and for other grocery items there is a Publix just a few minutes down the road. The walk to the beach is quick and easy (maybe five minutes) and the beach is HUGE! Social distancing was not a problem. The fireworks on the beach the night of the 4th were unlike anything I had experienced before. Though not officially put on by anyone and technically illegal, many people from Naples to Sanibel Island took it upon themselves to put on some incredible individual displays that, when combined, was one of the coolest things I have ever seen. The pool at the condo was great. During our stay it seemed that we pretty much had it to ourselves, mainly due to it being the off season and the COVID stuff, but nonetheless it was perfect. There are two Weber grills that we used to have our July 4th cookout, and the pool area also has a small clubhouse complete with a refrigerator, microwave and TV. Finally, the owner, Jan, was an absolute pleasure to work with. The instructions she provided for access to the property were great and, although we did not have any issues during our stay, we communicated a couple of times via text and I know she would have done whatever was required to resolve any issue.

Immaculate Condo with Amazing Views

Gorgeous penthouse condo offers amazing views...Watched the sunrise with morning coffee, Saw dolphins swimming just below the lanai. As we took turns preparing dinner, our family loved the well-stocked kitchen with new appliances. The master suite is a treat. Pool and it’s surrounding area are spotless....and the space includes grills and a hot tub! Santini plaza has wonderful restaurants. All you need is just a short walk away.

Just like a vacation should be!

The property was exceptionally appointed with everything needed for a perfect stay...it was just like home, but at the beach! The location is also excellent with the beach and other stores just a short walk away. While being a mid-rise the property, it is very quiet and relaxing inside the unit and by the pool/spa. The owners have done an excellent job with the property and are very responsive to any questions before and during the trip. We hope to visit again soon and definitely would love to stay at the property again.

Amazing Retreat

We really enjoyed our stay at this amazing condo. Not only is the renovated interior beautiful, but the view is amazing. The owner is very responsive to questions and the condo was well equipped with anything we needed to enjoy our week to the fullest. The walk to the beach was short, the pool was relaxing oasis and the trolley stop was convenient. We definitely recommend!
