Suzetta fabulous holiday home, quietly central, private parking, pet friendly
This lovely property is in the centre of the village with a private garden and parking area. The main house has a contemporary open plan living room with wood- burner, dining and kitchen area with glass doors leading to an outdoor terrace. There is also a large utility room with modern walk in shower and plenty of space to hang up your wet sailing gear or beach toys. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms with access to a shared balcony and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a super king bed and the second bedroom has twin single beds.
The property also has an annex with a spacious bedroom with a king size bed and a modern shower room. Perfect for extra guests or mixed family generations.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave all the used linen, towels, bath mats and t towels in the laundry bags provided by the front door ready for collection.
Please make sure you take all your personal items home. There is a minimum charge of £25 for us to return to you.
Please leave the key in the key safe and remember to scramble the numbers. We would appreciate a message when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property
Seaview is a delightful village on the east coast of the Isle of Wight. Perfect for a short break by the sea and from which to explore the rest of the Isle of Wight. The village has a community village shop, a pub, wine bar, various shops, cafe and an ice cream shop.
What makes this property unique
The holiday home is in the centre of the village, a few minutes walk from the beach. It has an annex for extra guests.
