It's located at the ground floor of a safe and quiet lane, with an entrance at each side of the building.
It takes only 7 minutes by walk to reach the railway station (elevator and staircase of the northern entrance, called "Arcella"); only 10 minutes by walk from the city fair, from the buses station; only 20 minutes by walk from the historical city squares.
The neighborhood is well equipped with any kind of shop or restaurant you might needm as well as a large and park where to chill and let your children and your pets relax.

Perfect stay for families

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place is perfect for families with small or even older children as there is a huge playground, basketball court and calesthenics place in 2 min walking distance. With tram (5 min walking) you can reach the old town in less than 15 minutes. The apartment is properly equipped with new furniture in the two bedrooms.

It was all perfect. Location is not near historic center but it is a good option to use it as a point to visit other cities of Véneto

Stefano was a great host. Very helpful and always ready to answer questions. Some recommendations however for the property...new pillows and mattresses for beds and a better AC unit. It just was not cool enough. Thank you.

Die geräumige Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Parkplatz gibt es leider keinen. Wir fanden einen Parkplatz 2 Straßen weiter. Aufgrund der ruhigen Wohngegend, hatten wir aber keine Sorge um unser Auto. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Das Zentrum ist aber auch zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar.

The hosts were excellent with communication and immediately addressed concerns we had on Day 1 (clogged sink and shower drains). They live close by to the property so it was nice to have issues immediately addressed.Regarding the property itself, the single AC unit in the entire apartment was quickly overloaded by the heat Europe experienced the last 2 weeks. The one wall unit running constantly was barely enough to make the place comfortable but all bedroom doors had to remain open or it was impossible to sleep at night. The bathroom requires some maintenance as there was noticeable mold on the ceiling and walls above the shower. The towels provided were also quite thin and scratchy. The neighbors above the apartment are also quite loud and have young children who made a lot of noise. Thankfully they were not loud at night when trying to sleep.

Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen ist. Von der Wohnung aus ist es nicht weit bis zum Bahnhof, was uns als Zugreisenden sehr gut gefallen hat. Am Bahnhof gab es dann auch gute Bus- und Tramverbindungen in die Stadt, wenn man nicht laufen wollte. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut ausgestattet, so dass wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt haben und gerne wieder hinfahren würden. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert
