Located in Via Perrini 14 in Monopoli, Madia's house is located in the beating heart of the historic center. Between the characteristic stone alleys and the authentic views of the old city.
It is an intimate and independent house, designed for those who want to experience Monopoli like a real local and not as a simple tourist!
Madia's House is a refuge of about 35 square meters where the charm of historic homes meets modern comfort. The double bedroom, the equipped kitchen and the spacious and elegant private bathroom in the room will make your stay unique, but the real strength of Madia's House is the elegantly designed private hot tub, designed to allow yourself moments of well-being after a day at the beach or a walk through the alleys of the historic center.
The air-conditioned rooms and the free ultra fast Wi-Fi are a plus to add to this already perfect romantic retreat.
It is essential to know that we at Monholiday take care of your trips and your time. We offer a convenient golf cart shuttle service, ideal for getting around in a practical and relaxed way, as well as a luggage storage service before check-in or after check-out.

- We also take care of welcoming you in person, from 16:00 to 22:00.
If possible, we can organize your arrival even before 16:00.
After 22:00, a supplement may be requested, to be paid directly to a member of the MONHOLIDAY team.
In addition to welcoming you, we will provide you with the manual keys to be able to access the apartment independently.
We will ask you to fill in an intuitive form, which you will receive through a link, so as to make the registration procedures quick and simple.
- Attention: the apartment is located in the historic center in a pedestrian area that is not accessible by car. It is possible to park outside the ZTL zone, parking is free in areas with white stripes, for a fee (1-2 EUR/hour) in blue areas. We can book a private covered and secure car park for you at a cost of 30 euros per day.
- The tourist tax is to be paid according to the municipal regulations of the Municipality of Monopoli and is not included in the price of the stay. Starting from 2026, the amount is 2 euros per night per person.
