MARINE AP4445 By Riviera Holiday Homes is located in Villefranche-sur-Mer, in a former noble residence called Le Palais de la Marine, right on the waterfront and in the old town, with all restaurants and amenities nearby. This lovely duplex studio offers a superb sea view, 4 sleeping spaces, and fans in each area. The residence also features a large shared terrace with dining tables and an outdoor lounge.



The accommodation consists of:



The living area: a double sofa bed (made up of 2 single beds), a fan, a low cabinet with TV and internet connection, and a foldaway table for 4 guests.



The functional kitchen, open to the living room, with refrigerator, cooking plates, microwave, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils for cooking and dining all offering a superb view of the sea and Cap Ferrat.



The mezzanine sleeping area: a double bed, two bedside tables, a fan, and wardrobe space.



The shower room: with shower, washbasin, and storage.



A separate toilet.



The large shared terrace of the residence, located on the seafront, offering dining tables and an outdoor lounge. It can be used to share a drink and snacks for an aperitif or pastries for breakfast, but it is not possible to have a full meal there.



All household linen (sheets and towels) and toiletries are provided, as well as a vacuum cleaner and an iron.



A security deposit of 500 is collected directly by Riviera Holiday Homes via Swikly (secure credit card authorization, no charge is made). Not applicable to Airbnb bookings.

We loved our stay in Marine with perfect location for the train station, beach and town. We were very happy with the apartment so wouldn't change anything.
