Great place with easy access to trains, buses and airports. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The water is at your doorstep for a swim.

We had a superb time and property is exactly as described and pictured. It is in a perfect location, very close by to a small shopping mall with Monoprix supermarket and also very close for the trains and buses which run regular and are cheap. Certainly no need for a car. I can highly recommend the property, its is just fantastic.
I stayed here with my mother and my teenage daughter and the location could not have been better. Walking distance to beaches, shopping mall and restaurants. An amazing place looking out to the beach just as described in vrbo. It was very near the CAP shopping mall and a wide selection of restaurants. I could take a stroll at anytime and felt safe there. The host was wonderful and was very accommodating for my early check-in. I am definitely coming back again.

It is exactly what you need for your holidays in the South of France.
The place is pristine and has everuthing you need. It is air conditioned, with a balcony thta faces the beach (and direct access to it as well).
Located close to Nice (a bus takes you donwtown and it is 100 mts away); and 200 mts from the train station. Your perfect location for Cannes, Antibes and Monaco (all within 30 min).
We would stay here all summer if i could.
We booked for 10 days to attend the rugby World Cup and were very happy with our stay. The beachfront location was perfect and we never tired of the ocean views. Great location to watch the planes land, and no issue with noise. The mall is a few minutes walk which includes Monoprix market and a pharmacy. The bus stop is at the mall which is convenient for the airport and to go into central Nice. The St Laurant du Var train station is about 10 min walk as well. The host provided a wonderful stay and I hope to stay again in the future, Merci!!!
We spent 6 nights at this place and it was absolutely amazing. The place is just as described on the website. It is literally on the beach. We used to wake up in the morning and have coffee while watching the gym on the promenade in front of us and the ocean. There are a lot of beachfront restaurants and bars on one side and a big mall on the other side (10 minute walk) which also has a grocery store. Bus stop and train station are 10-15 minute walk. The apartment itself was very nice. The AC worked well and the blinds made the room very dark and cozy when needed.. We were given an early check-in and we were met by someone upon arrival. The beach here has soft sand and warm water. This beach is Handiplage (handicap accessible). We would definitely recommend this place

Great Location!
The host needs to ensure when renting to English speaking travellers she should be the one greeting them as Sabrina was not able to communicate with us at all. The host should provide some basic details about the location for example that there is a grocery store a short walk away. The property does need some TLC. However it’s location was undeniably superb!
We were glad to get to know the area. Alhough we prefer Nice proper (we visit several times a year). This apartment felt safe and has a lovely view. Good walking and transportation available. We took the bus several times and the train once.
Communication with Christine was good.
Just to know, not a problem but washing machine with no dryer (one has to plan ahead). Micowave but no oven.
The bed and linens need an upgrade, but still a good value.
The apartment was perfect for the two of us and had all the facilities one needs for a stay in the south of `France. We didn't cook in the apartment (why would you with so many restaurants to choose from) we just had breakfast before heading out to explore. The apartment is on the promenade next to the beach and the sea. There is a massive shopping centre within walking distance which has a Monoprix for grocery supplies. From the apartment we were able to drive out to Grasse, Menton, Eze, Anitibes and into Nice itself. The communication with our host was excellent and If we go back to the South of France I would stay in the same apartment. 10 out of 10. Thank you Christine (and Sabrina)
Vraiment très bien. Juste au bord de la plage, et une des rares plages de sable d’un secteur où les galets dominent. Appartement bien équipé, accueil très sympa, et remarquable réactivité pour régler la panne d’un équipement. Tout proche de Cap3000 donc très pratique pour les courses ou le shopping Avec la place de parking juste à côté c’était parfait On reviendra
Eine wunderschöne, sehr saubere Ferienwohnung mit Topausstattung. Check in und Checkout prima organisiert .Die Nähe zum Strand ist super. Einziger kleiner Mangel für uns , wären die fehlenden Fliegengitter.Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen….

There is a Mediterranean style with polished concrete, terracotta floors, turquoise mosaics in the kitchen, masonry bank for the dining area, walk-in shower, dark blue mosaics, fake ceilings, and many illuminated spots. They give this apartment a modern and pleasant touch that all our guests have appreciated, and we have the pleasure of welcoming you every year.
What makes this property unique
A dream residence with the sea and palm trees 10 m away, surrounded by greenery with the blue Mediterranean Sea in the background. You can fully relax without cars: only pedestrians and swimmers pass in front of the house. With everything close by you can leave the car in the private parking spot and walk everywhere you need to go. There are 75 bars and restaurants close by, in the port and at CAP 3000, open until 9pm. In the shopping centre, you can find food, shopping, hair salon, doctors, restaurants, dry cleaner's, Galleries Lafayette, gourmet store, Apple, children day care, etc... every comfort. The bus station is 200 m away, so you can go to Nice and the airport that is 5 min away.
