Palm View is a lovely holiday rental property, located in the popular Playa Flamingo resort. It is a stones throw away from the golden beach of Playa Flamingo itself, and provides lovely views of palm trees and the ocean beyond.

INTERIOR
Living Room/Kitchen:
The patio doors, off the sun terrace, open straight into the open plan living room and kitchen with breakfast bar with seating for 4. There are two comfortable sofas, with overhead fan, and a wall mounted flat screen TV, IPTV Mag box, supplying BBC/ITV/CH4/CH5, box sets, films, Sky channels and much more. Wifi is also provided at no additional cost.
The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, and small fridge/freezer, together with usual appliances of kettle and toaster.
There is a doorway that leads to the utility area which houses the washing machine.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
The property offers two bedrooms and a family shower room.
Bedroom 1
Has a King size bed, with fan overhead, together with bedside tables with reading lamps and plenty of wardrobe space. There is a dresser/seating area.
Bedroom 2
Has twin beds with fan overhead, together with bedside tables with reading lamps and plenty of wardrobe space. There is a dresser/seating area.
Family Shower Room
A large, modern, walk in shower with WC, and wash basin with vanity mirror.

EXTERIOR
Al Fresco Dining and Sun Terrace:
The exterior of this property has Al Fresco dining for 4 people, with a parasol to provide shade, if required. There is also brick bench seating to chill out and enjoy the views of the palm trees and Atlantic Ocean.
A gate and steps lead down on to the pathway that leads to the beautiful communal pool area, which is available to use for all guests, or down to the golden sands of the Playa Flamingo Beach.

Communal Pools:
There are 6 communal pools on the complex. The main pool, indoor pool (adult only - fee payable) and play pool are heated, but the lanes pool, Mickey Mouse pool and small pool are not.

Location:
Playa Flamingo is a fabulous location, within a stones throw of the beach and all the Playa Flamingo amenities. From there, it is an easy walk into central Playa Blanca and beyond to the beautiful Marina Rubicon.
Life in Playa Blanca started out as a very simple fishing village but as Lanzarote has became more popular with tourists Playa Blanca has grown into a thriving and popular resort. Playa Blanca is ideal for families and couples looking for a relaxing time either on one of the beaches or wandering around the promenade looking to do some shopping. Since the resort has a large proportion of self-catering villas and bungalows, there is no shortage of places to eat. The seafront at the centre of town is literally lined with restaurants catering to just about every taste and cuisine imaginable. If you feel up to it you can even take the ferry to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. The trip takes just twenty minutes and is a fabulous excursion.
There are efficient taxi and bus services that are inexpensive and can allow you to explore further areas if you have chosen not to hire a car.

Parking and Accessibility:
There is nearby on street parking, but no spaces allocated for guests.

Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. A change of linen & towels are provided mid stay for stays of 10 nights and longer. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels are provided.
Additional cleaning can be provided upon request, at an additional charge. Please enquire if this is required.

Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 2 people sharing. A supplement for guests over 2 is payable. First child under the age of 2 years stays free, Cots and highchairs available, upon request, at an additional cost of 20€ per week, per item.
A refundable Damage Bond of 300€ is payable or Accidental Damage Waiver has to be taken.
