Seaside Oasis in Hou - By Traum Ferienwohnungen

This holiday cottage with a swimming pool is located in the charming fishing village of Hou. It has a large natural plot and peaceful surroundings. Access and look in to the 18 m² pool room from the living room, where you find a whirlpool, sauna and bathroom. You can go for a dip while enjoying the ocean view. The house was renovated in 2012. The modern and tasteful kitchen is the centre of the renovated part, with an open connection to the living room and dining room, that has panoramic windows facing the sea. Grocer's and restaurant within walking distance of the house. Open all year round. The nature around the house is characterised by beach, forest and fields. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Schon vor der Anreise gab es Probleme: Bellvilla vermietet offenbar über DanCenter, wo plötzlich eine deutlich höhere Kaution und abweichende Endreinigung verlangt wurden. Die Klärung war mühsam, mit vielen Mails und Anrufen, und die Mitarbeiter wirkten wenig kompetent. Das Ferienhaus liegt zwar ruhig und ist geräumig, war aber stark abgewohnt und nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Der Wellnessbereich war in einem desolaten Zustand – Schimmel in Dusche, Pool und Whirlpool, bröckelnder Putz und schmutzige Sauna. Fenster, Kaffeemaschinen und Terrassenmöbel waren ebenfalls defekt oder ungepflegt. Der „Garten“ bestand nur aus einer unebenen Fläche mit vielen Maulwurfshügeln, und das Türschloss war kaputt, sodass wir das Haus anfangs nicht gemeinsam verlassen konnten. Nach der Reise folgte ein wochenlanges Hin und Her mit DanCenter und Bellvilla – doch um die gravierenden Mängel scheint sich niemand zu kümmern. Sehr enttäuschend und nicht zu empfehlen.
