You are within 3 minutes walking distance to a cool bar, baker's shop to get fresh bread and cakes, pharmacies, clothes and everyday essentials, coffee shop, butchers and every Saturday local market. There are four nice restaurants within 10-15 minutes walk.A shopping centre with three large supermarkets and other stores 3 minutes by car or 20 minutes walk. We can provide home cooked meals on request and 24 hour notice, Totally private accommodation, upstairs you have 3 clean double bedrooms with large wardrobes, one bedroom with en-suite shower, sink and toilet. Two bedrooms have ceiling fans and third bedroom has electric cooling fan. The house is nice and cool during summer due to thickness of the walls and shutters. Downstairs there is open plan dining, kitchen and lounge area. You also have a downstairs toilet, shower and sink, as well as spacious laundry room. There is large outdoor pool with sun loungers available during July, August and September.
In town there is a nice contemporary garden area leading to the children's playground, cinema open air swimming pool and
museum. Locally there are many attractions from vineyards, chateaus to ancient caves. There is Go-karting, 10 pin bowling, Lasser gun shooting, kayaking, horse riding, fishing, Boat trips on the Dordogne River, also there is a beach at Bergerac.
Bergerac centre is 20 minutes, Périgueux 45 minutes, Bordeaux 90 minutes by car.
Bergerac airport is approximately 30 minutes.
Mussidan also has a railway station with trains to Bordeaux and Périgueux.
