I have been coming to Venice for work and personal trips for years, this was one of the best locations and places I have stayed at. I highly recommend. The apartment had everything we needed for a group of 4. The beds were comfy, the living room was cozy and accommodated our group, and the kitchen had everything we needed. When I return, I will always try to stay at this location. It was a 20 min walk to the train station and a 20 min walk to the Rialto bridge. I also loved the restaurant options in this area, food and beverages were 1/2 the cost compared to staying closer to San Marco square.
