The apartment consists of two comfortable double bedrooms, a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom complete with toilet, shower, bidet, and sink.



Recently renovated, independent heating, with air conditioning and soundproofed windows.



Each room is equipped with bed linen and towels, and courtesy kit!

We will be at your disposal for all your requests!



We use sanitized and sanitized sheets and towels with antibacterial products.

Respecting our planet we have adopted soap and shower dispensers with quality natural products and to minimize waste we use refillable powder detergents for greater attention to the environment.

We loved our time in Rome and had a great experience staying here! The host was so welcoming and was very responsive to anything we needed. The place is very clean and in an amazing location to experience the local feel of Rome and still be able to walk to all of the fun sites. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Rome!

Even with the windows closed it was extremely noisy from the street below. The beds were lumpy.

Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the noise, the windows have a specific closing system: if the first panel is not fully tightened, it may remain slightly open and let more sound from the street in. We mention this in the house instructions, as when they are properly closed the insulation works much better. In any case, we appreciate your comments as they help us continue improving the experience for our guests.
