If you are looking for a ...

If you are looking for a location for a holliday in Riccione and are in for an appartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 balconies this is a great place. Close to the beach and the center. Yet the street is quit and the surrondings are green and with lots of shade. Good modernised appartment. We had a great week.

Alles war perfekt. Ich konnte kein Fehl an dem Angebot finden. Es ist wie beschrieben. Zwei Dinge: Die Ruhezeiten sind ein zu halten. Die Nachbarn sind da etwas pingelig. Man braucht was gegen Mosquitos.

Preis und Leistung im Einklang

Gut: - Lage, 5 Gehminuten zum Strand - öffentliche Parkmöglichkeiten - Größe der Wohnung - großer Balkon + 2 weitere für die 2 Hauptschlafzimmer - Klima (ein Gerät) kühlt gut und große Teile der WHG - Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer mit Klammern vorhanden - Kühlschrank in normaler Größe und Tiefkühlfach Nicht so gut: - kein Insektenschutz, viele Mücken - Tiefgarage schwer zu befahren - Kleinigkeiten defekt (um Lösung war man bemüht) - Sat. TV ohne dt. Sender - Playstation wurde nicht benötigt, war aber defekt, kein Ersatz - Küchenbürste, Küchenrolle, Klopapier, Spültabs.. nicht ausreichend (kostet nicht viel und sollte gestellt werden, oder gegen Gebühr vorrätig in der WHG sein) - Schließsysteme umständlich (diverse Schlüssel) - 1/3 des großen Schranks war mit einem Vorhängeschloss und Kette verschlossen; zu wenig Einlegeböden Fazit: Wir waren zufrieden, gestört haben Kleinigkeiten. Nächstes Mal werden wir wieder ein Hotel wählen. Mit 4 Personen kann man die Wohnung aber gut nutzen.

Eine besser ausgestattete Wohnung gibt es nicht - Playstation, Föne, Backofen - Spitze! Danke für alles Simone! Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Vorsicht nur vor dem Cafe an der Ecke direkt vor dem Haus, die sind unhöflich und es ist keine Auswahl vorhanden. Bitte ausreichend Müllbeutel mitnehmen, in Italien lassen sich die Restmüllbehälter nur noch mit Chipkarte öffnen. Eventuell kann diese bereitgelegt werden. So haben wir den Müll wieder mitgenommen :-).

L'appartamento è esattamente come nelle fotografie. L'accoglienza è stata impeccabile, proprietario disponibile a spiegarci tutto e a mostrarci interamente la proprietà.
