Lovely apartment!

Had a lovely stay in Riccione. The apartment is really well equipped, great for cooking. It’s exactly as described. We had some great days out by train (it’s 10 mins from station) - Ravenna was terrific. Gianluca was a great host, and he says there’s also beautiful countryside to explore - next time!

Location tranquilla e a pochi passi da tutto

L'ottimo compromesso per chi ha bambini e un cane e non vuole allontanarsi troppo dal centro e dal mare. Questo appartamento gode di una posizione a pochi passi dal mare e dalla via Dante e con una breve passeggiata si è subito al porto e in Viale Ceccarini. L'appartamento è molto curato e veramente spazioso con un comodo spazio fuori per i quattro zampe e per godersi l'ombra al pomeriggio. L'accoglienza è stata subito gentile e professionale, ha curato personalmente la consegna e la pulizia prima di consegnarci le chiavi e per qualsiasi cosa sempre disponibile. Una location tranquilla per potersi godere le serate di Riccione a soli pochi passi siamo stati benissimo!

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, von ihm erstellter Reader ergänzte seine Ratschläge, insbesondere hinsichtlich Empfehlungen zu Restaurants etc., auf hervorragende Weise. Lage in Gehweite des Zentrums, der Strände, jedoch jenseits der Bahnlinie (die trotz der Nähe gar nicht störte) und damit etwas raus aus dem Trubel. Nur sollte man wohl Anti-Mücken-Ausrüstung (zumindest zu dem Zeitraum unserer Reise Mitte Mai) nicht vergessen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

la casa ha una dimensione e una posizione perfette. È attrezzata molto bene, non manca niente. È in posizione ottimale, vicino al centro, al mare, ma in una via tranquilla e silenziosa. Vacanza Riccione

Già eravamo stati in questo appartamento 10 anni fa’.Breve vacanza con i figli, a parte le zanzare( che il proprietario di casa ha velocemente cercato di risolvere con una disinfestazione nel giardino) e l’odore di muffa, l’appartamento è confortevole centrale e completo di tutti i confort.

grazie per la vostra recensione che ci permetterà di migliorarci che è il nostro obiettivo quotidiano, anche se il fatto che l'appartamento fosse sempre chiuso e non areato nell'ultimo periodo forse causa caldo e zanzare ha inciso certamente sull'odore di muffa. Faremo particolare attenzione a questo aspetto.

Мы отдыхали с семьей с 20.07.20 по 30.07.20. Дом очень чистый. Есть абсолютно все. Много посуды, настольные игры, музыкальный центр. Самое главное, что хозяева без проблем все доверяют. Очень удобно, что из комфортного, собственного дома ты попадаешь в не менее комфортные условия. Мы остались очень довольны!

Come a casa propria

Appartamento confortevole e "amato" dai proprietari che lo curano con attenzione ed in ogni dettaglio. Qui non manca davvero nulla: l'appartamento è fatto per essere abitato anche per lunghi periodi. Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage.

Die Wohnung haben wir sehr sauber und vollständig eingerichtet vorgefunden. Alles hat funktioniert. Fußgängerzone und Strand waren in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholen können und haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Vacanza a Riccione prima settimana di giugno 2019

Bella vacanza in famiglia con cagnolino di piccola taglia. Siamo stati accolti con cortesia dal padrone di casa Gianluca, sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra in questo appartamento a piano terra con giardino, molto curato e pulitissimo. Non manca proprio nulla. Non lontano dal mare e dal centro. Potendo, avremmo sicuramente prolungato la nostra vacanza. Grazie a Gianluca e alla sua famiglia che con grande amore si dedicano alla cura della loro casa e di conseguenza al benessere dei loro ospiti.

Ho alloggiato in questa casa il ponte del 25 aprile. La casa è dotata di ogni comfort, i proprietari sono gentili e disponibili. La posizione permette di raggiungere facilmente il centro e il mare.
