Great little house

This house is located very well. The owner was responsive and communicative. The stairs were steep and narrow, and the beds were somewhat uncomfortable. We recommend Cippy's Place for breakfast! It's within walking distance and has great food.

Safe and accessible house

Niagara Falls house is nice

Girls Getaway

The home was as advertised. Plenty of room for our group of six. The large dining room table was great for playing cards. Suggestion for renters: bring soap for the shower/tub and paper towels.

Good place to stay

The property was clean and a convenient place to stay. The upstairs was warm but the fans in each room helped. I would recommend the cleaners use unscented detergent and dryer sheets for the linens. While they did smell nice, my parents and older child were all allergic to the heavy perfume smell and had to take lots of allergy meds to be comfortable.

Perfect for family

The whole process was so easy from booking to checkout. The pics showed the property well! There was binder with all pertinent information. Everything was clean, comfy and it felt like “home away from home”. The fenced in yard gave the little kids a place to safely burn energy, internet was fast, and house was well supplied (paper products, dish washing pods, etc). Would recommend and rent again! Literally five minutes from everything.

Wonderful family get away!!!

The house was very nice, updated and clean. We loved the location and walking distance to the Falls, and all major attractions. I liked the idea of the code key padlock to open the front door, so we weren’t worried about losing the keys. The house has everything you need (coffee grind, tea bags, sugar, salt, pepper, towels, etc). I would recommend this house to anyone and thinking about booking again this year. Thank you Heather Wensley from Expedia for booking this house for us and Nancy Sutton for a wonderful host and the welcome card.

Home Away From Home

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Nancy was extremely nice and was prompt with her responses anytime we had a query. The house has two floors. Main floor had a beautiful living room with a tv, spacious dinning room, kitchen (fully equipped), and a full bathroom. The interior designing of the space is done with such high-end taste that we were taking pics all over the place. Second floor has 3 rooms. I room with 2 twins beds, one with a full bed and a master room with a king bed. In addition there was also a full bath upstairs. All areas were CLEAN and you truly feel like you are staying at your own house because of this. The host, Nancy leaves clear instructions about door access, attractions near by, wifi access info etc which comes in handy. Overall we had an amazing stay and would give it 5/5!!!

Near Niagara Falls

Lets start at arrival. House is as found on map and pictures, located in a neighbourhood that could indicate concerns, but we had no issues during our stay. The 10 minutes walk to the Falls is the key selling point to this house. During our 3 nights we visited the Niagara falls every day (and night)to enjoy this wonder. We also recommend to take the short drive to see Niagara on the Lake. The house has a charm of its own, as you’ll find entering the house. It is furnished in an older style, but well equipped. Beds are comfortable, but as other reviewers also write the bathroom upstairs has a door that may not fit your needs for privacy. We love having a house over a hotel, since we feel more freedom and being ourselves, so this is the reason for not rather choosing a nearby hotel. Nancy was a very fast responder to all messages and it was easy to get instructions and recommendations for nearby locations such as groceries, restaurents and attractions. The reason I cannot give this rental full stars is the neighborhood including view from house and the state of the kitchen and upstairs bathroom considering the price. Had the price been lower the state of these rooms would be more acceptable.

The house was in a perfect location to walk anywhere we wanted to go! The host was easy to communicate with and the property was as advertised.
