Booked via the app which gives the property a rough location until you submit, on booking i believed i was getting a property on the north side of river but was wrong and ended up on the south which at first thought was a pain because there's a lot on the north bank to do. HOW WRONG WAS I! This property was amazing!! With amazing views!! As clean as a operating table in a surgery infact. Very quiet at night as not on north bank also. Authentic restaurants nearby rather than chains.the terrain is a bit hilly and being a back street didn't put us off because there is so many cheap transport apps to get you around for a couple euros.. we didn't want to leave!

You get a very gorgeous, can’t be beat view!! But it should come with a warning if you are unfamiliar with the specific location. Overall I am glad I booked this for 3 days, but would tell others if anyone has mobility issues this one is not for you. There are many steps you’ll encounter and if you have luggage it will be difficult. It was clean except the window curtains need washed.. a little mildew. The AC definitely worked and not needed all the time as the location is high up and if there’s a cool breeze outside you can open the large window in the dining area. Bad smell under sink, but I noticed a drain smell at all 3 different places I booked in Porto so I started to think this is commonplace there. If you stay here there is an excellent restaurant nearby M’arrecreo - very good pizza. The kebab place was not that good. The roads are very narrow, but we walked to the river where everything is. There is only enough room for a small car to drive through here.
