The property is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, all connected directly to the outdoor space and filled with natural light. Outside, guests can enjoy a beautiful private garden with swimming pool and a spacious barbecue area, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing evenings.

Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a double bed, which leads to a second smaller bedroom, ideal for children or families. This floor also features a toilet and a shower integrated within the master bedroom.

The accommodation is especially family-friendly and includes games and entertainment for children.

The house also offers private parking inside the patio and air conditioning with heating and cooling systems, ensuring maximum comfort in both summer and winter.
