We had a good stay. The best feature is its location and the roominess of the unit. We stayed for nearly 1 month and very satisfied. We felt safe as Paris is big cosmopolitan city and felt secure even at night. You can't get that feeling in a big US city like New York.The unit is best for exploring Paris and the whole Ile de Paris. 7 minute walk to Rosa Park RER station. The RER E here provided excellent connections. This allowed easy daytrips to places like Disney, Versailles, Fountainbleau, Auvers sur Oise, and others. Even a train connection when we went to Lourdes. Metro 7 is 10 minutes away. Bus stop around the corner.Good airport connectikns with CDG and ORLY, RER E gets you to the airport with just 1 easy transfer.The unit is across the street from an Auchan. LIDL is 3 minutes away. There are 2 excellent boulangeries literally steps away. If you like dining out, all culinary tastes are within 10 minute walk. We went to Ave de Flanders for Vietnamese, Chinese, award winning bakery (croissant), and roasted chicken...it is a thing here.The unit is also very roomy for Paris apartments. It allowed us to relax and spread out after a day of exploring. Washing machine came really handy.Excellent hosts who responded quickly on any questions and provided us with good area info like flea/farmers market around the area. Thank you!

El apartamento está muy bien y es tal cual está en las fotos, cerca de parada del Tren y a unos 10min de la linea 7 de Metro que te lleva a las principales paradas del centro. También cerca del canal para dar un paseo y hay tiendas y supermercado nada más salir. Tienes todo lo que puedes necesitar y te sientes como en tu casa. Gracias a Noel por el check tardío y la buena comunicación con Luisa

L’appartement est magnifique, tout est disponible. Cuisine fonctionnelle et le café est exceptionnel. Salon et chambre sont confortables. La salle de bain avec le lave linge à éte très utile. L’emplacement est très silencieux ( j’ai dormi la fenêtre ouverte toute la semaine). Le seule problème est les 3 bars louches a gauche en sortant sur la rue. Nous avons déterminé qu’il valait mieux partir par la droite ! Sinon tout est a proximité, marché d’alimentation en face et transport (métro et train) a 5 minutes de marche. Avec la lignede metro #7 vous pouvez allez ou bous voullez en 20 minutes. Super visite a Paris, je recommande!Merci a Noel aussi pour avoir été présents a notre arrivée!
