Our GUEST house welcomes you with 3 bedrooms, 2 luxurious bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen which opens to the living room, laundry room, private backyard with deck, 2 car garage, and a private swimming pool (OPEN from mid May- August) may extend part of Sept depending on the weather. The master suite includes a his and hers sink, separate shower, jacuzzi tub, and a sitting area. A perfect place for a relaxing getaway!

Our family (ages 0-40) had a wonderful stay at Julie's Place. It was was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy family time before starting school. The pool area was safely gated and beautiful kept. The pool had ample space to swim and a nicely sized shallow area for my littles who were still learning how to swim. The house itself was clean, had outstanding pillows to sleep with and had everything we needed including beach towels (we've been to several that did not provide them). We Door Dashed and had Walmart groceries delivered without any problems. Julie was friendly, communicated well and was a perfect host. She made contact a few days in advance which allowed me to ask questions ahead of time and avoided me having to make contact the day of to get directions, etc. It was a great experience!

We came in for the Saturday George Strait concert and visit our Red Raider. Our host was amazing and responsive, check was very easy and the property wonderful and is in a great neighborhood perfect for 6 people and most importantly for us, away from Lubbock proper but close enough to do all the things we needed/wanted to do. I should add that the property itself is well maintained and has everything you need!

Such a nice oasis in Southwest Lubbock. Very convenient by freeway to Tech yet nice West Texas!

The host was welcoming We had all our check-in information early and the host followed up with us the day before. The house was perfect for our stay during December graduation for Texas Tech. We enjoyed local shopping and restaurants, and played board games in the kitchen. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, and we enjoyed the quiet surroundings. The Christmas tree was a special added touch as we hadn't all been together since my daughter's wedding almost 8 months earlier. Thank you for your hospitality!

We had an amazing weekend at this home! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The living spaces were cozy and perfect for spending time together. The teenagers lived the pool and okay orn hole in the evenings. The location was quiet but still close to town, which made it super convenient. Our family had such a great time, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
