This 5 bedroom house has recently undergone a total renovation. There is plenty of room to relax, whether inside the 4000 sq ft house, outside on the sprawling deck, or in the pool & hot tub.

This spacious house is perfect for a family reunion or friends get away, and features something for everyone.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

* Maximum capacity - 10 people, regardless of age. Additional daytime guests are limited to 5, per city ordinance.

* The house is not suitable for children under 5 yrs, with the exception of non-crawling infants.

* Please no smoking, vaping, or drugs anywhere on the property.

* Shhhhhh! Quiet hours from 9PM-8AM, per city ordinance. There are noise monitors outside, and outdoor amplified sound is never allowed. Any noise complaints from neighbors can shut us down completely - please help preserve our livelihood.

* Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10 am. This is large property and our cleaners need time to make things right for the next guests. However, a 12pm checkout can sometimes be arranged if there is not another party coming that day, and our cleaners’ schedules allow.

* We have exterior cameras around the house for security and liability purposes only. There are no cameras inside or near the pool / spa.

* The pool is amazing, but there's obviously no life guard on duty. So please enjoy the pool at your own risk.

* The pool is not heated, but can be heated for a fee - please enquire.

* Maximum parking: 6 cars, all on-site. We have both a front and side driveway for your use.
