Noise must be kept to a respectable level in consideration of the neighborhood. Quiet hours of 15:30-17:30 and noise after 11pm. must be respected.
Leave villa neat and tidy. Furniture and inventory must be returned to its original place. Excessive garbage, removal of stains is considered damage.
