Our stay was perfect. The house was just like the pictures. Nice garden with enough places to sit. The host was very kind. We enjoyed our stay verder much!

Nice cabin - serene harden

Nice and functional. The road into the cabin is only partially paved and the rest is gravel, all one lane. Not terrible, as most local folks practice caution, but it's not something one should do at night after a glass or two of wine. Dishwasher was out of order. A starter pack of coffee would be welcomed (we come equipped but never know whether the facility would have a capsule machine (small or large capsules?) or filter. The space itself is functional and the property is well equipped. The garden is gorgeous with citrus, olive and pomegranate trees.

Satisfying stay

Our stay was excellent. Location was easy to find. Owner even came to explain to us about the house. We really like the BBQ facility. There is only a minor issue - shower drainage was not draining smoothly.

Brilliant service!

Had to stay a few days because we had no power out our house. Booked last min the gos took us the long way around but there is a road that you can use that takes you right to the stores. The place has a very nice garden and courtyard, plenty of space outside to sit and enjoy. Inside its perfect for us and our service dog. There is a small loft great for small children probably between 8 - 15. The host was great and we enjoyed our time. Small things to note linen is included as are towels but bring body wash& napkins or paper towels with you. Also they have a French press and a kettle coffee maker but no espresso so get some grinder coffee for coffee in the morning. Overall great place for some quite times after the beach to relax we would recommend and stay again.

Extraordinary journey!

Nice little cottage a bit outside of town, in a very peaceful and quiet environment — a lovely place to stay for a few days. The host was very helpful with communication and guided us in finding the place easily. The beds are very comfortable, the cottage is bright, and the garden with its terrace is spacious and beautiful. The only downside was the upper floor, which is not, as stated, 1.80 m high. A person who is 1.65 m tall cannot stand upright there, so it’s more suited as a children’s room, with very steep stairs. Another sad aspect was the neighbour’s dog, who appeared in good condition but was kept day and night in a small enclosure of around 4×4 m. For animal lovers, this can be hard to see, though unfortunately, it’s still common in Croatia. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

Kurzer Aufenthalt mit Hund

Wir hatten einen kurzen, aber tollen Aufenthalt mit unserem Hund. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und der Check-in verlief unkompliziert. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Strand und die Stadt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der tolle, komplett eingezäunte Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Der Aufenthalt war herrlich. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Kaffeemaschine, Kontaktgrill, Wasserkocher, Ofen, Herd..... Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr geräumig und sehr gepflegt. Eine Wohlfühloase! Zum Strand sind es ca. 1,5 km und bis in die Stadt ca. 6,5 km. Mit dem Fahrrad ist alles schnell zu erreichen. Ich war bestens zufrieden! Der Vermieter ist nett und kümmert sich sofort, falls etwas nicht iO ist. Alles in allem, sehr zu empfehlen!

Der eingezäunte Außenbereich mit dem Grill ist toll. Küchenausstattung ist vollkommen ausreichend und das Bett war sehr bequem.

Toller Urlaub in Kroatien

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sodass wir uns von Anfang an bestens aufgehoben gefühlt haben. Das Haus war äußerst sauber und liebevoll gepflegt. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass sogar an unsere Kinder gedacht wurde und bereits ein zusätzliches Bett vorbereitet war. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist, dass der Cuvi Beach bequem zu Fuß erreichbar ist und für uns mit Abstand der schönste Strand in der Umgebung von Rovinj war. Er ist angenehm weitläufig, bietet viel Platz und war selbst in der Hauptsaison nicht überfüllt. Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt, für Hunde super.

Krásný, moderní a čistý apartmán. K dispozici vše, co je potřeba. V klidném prostředí a krátké dojezdové vzdálenosti na pláž i do města. Mohu jen vřele doporučit. Děkuji.

Prachtig huisje net buiten Rovinj met alle voorzieningen, warm ontvangst met frisdrank in de koelkast en lekkernijen ( snoepjes, nootjes en fruit) door vriendelijke host. Heerlijk grote tuin met bbq/ haard en meerdere terrassen We waren met gewone fietsen in 10 minuten midden in centrum Van Rovinj
