Our reservation was cancelled an hour before we were supposed to leave and head to the property, just 3 hours before check in. It was snowing but it wasn’t anything crazy, this is Colorado after all. When we received the notification of cancellation, it said it was due to “environmental impact”. No direct message from the host with an apology or explanation, and no response after I’d messaged them asking if they’d canceled due to the snow. Not surprised, this is the first host that hadn’t messaged me at all, prior to the check-in date. After being canceled on, we then had to scramble to find somewhere else to stay and pay more than double the price. If the property can’t be rented when it snows, why even have it listed available in March?

You very clearly understand what you're getting into space / amenities wise by the listing. It's actually a very well designed space with many more amenities and resources then you'd expect.Communication with the owner was direct and easy - he does what he can to make sure you have a good time and leaves you to your own devices.For some friends looking for a cheap place to hang their hat while they visit, this place is perfect!

Overall my stay here was OK. I loved how cute this was and it was my first experience with Vrbo. However, when I got back to my unit at around 1130-12am the Friday of my first stay the door would not open. The door was broken, a screw had become lodged in the frame and I was unable to contact the host, nor was Vrbo customer support. I tried calling locksmiths and ultimately had to stay at a hotel at 330am in the morning. In a city I’d never been before as a woman alone, and without any of my stuff, nor my time sensitive medications I needed in the morning. This experience really left a bad taste in my mouth. I finally heard back from the host in the morning who said they had a call blocker on their phone which is why they didn’t hear my attempts to reach them which was very frustrating. They fixed the door and did offer a refund for the one night I missed but it did not remove the terrible experience I had to deal with the night before and being without my medications for the morning, nor having to stay in an unclean, unsafe, and sketchy hotel with only my clothes on my person and tiny concert purse from the night before. The other issued I had was the water temperature— there was no way to have a proper shower because it was only scalding hot. I had to turn the shower off and wait for minutes in between turning it back on to be able to shower without burning myself. Overall- ok. Water needs to be fixed- take caution with the door.

Communication was top notch! Host answered any questions I had about my stay and the property within minutes. The tiny home was perfect for me and had everything I needed for my stay. I stayed 5 days and it was very secure, a great central location for me to travel as I wanted, and just 1 mile from my daughter’s house so I could pop in and visit her when I wanted. I would definitely book a stay again th next time I come to Denver!

This place is TINY! Toilet and shower are one and I didn’t fit in the shower. My head touched one wall and my foot the other as I was laying in bed. Your pet does not have access to the “yard” which is just astro turf. Only a small concrete walk way. 0/10 do not recommend

There was no hot water. Owner came to fix it the next day and then i had warm water for about 3 minutes total. Very disappointing especially after traveling all day to take a cold shower. There was no top sheet on the bed and i had to ask for one.

Nice relaxing stay

The bed was super comfortable and the space was really clean! The pictures make it seem like you also have the backyard with the tiny house but it's actually a part of the other rental on the property. The host did not let us know the main house was also being rented out by someone with dogs, we were traveling with our dog as well so we could've prepared a bit more for that interaction.

Great little stay though probably best for just an overnight. There’s really no space for more than one bag without getting creative. Easy access to highway 36 which was my goal. Owner was responsive and communicative. The shower/toilet combo didn’t bother me except the hot water blew the circuit after a minute which was a bit shocking when the water suddenly went very cold. Overall though, worth it for the price!

Nice little place to drop by for an evening. Very convenient to all of Denver area and the airport. My only complaint was the shower didn’t produce hot water but I also may just have been impatient! The place is exactly like the pictures, small and adorable. The bed is comfy, and the water pressure is good. The cooler keeps it the place a nice temperature. It was perfect for our 1 night stay.
