Not as quiet as expected
Condo is just as advertised. The living room faces the ocean & has a beautiful view. The bedroom, however, faces the highway and is quite noisy. Impossible to sleep during morning traffic. These improvements should be made:1) Windows in living room and bedroom are single paned slat style windows that don’t close completely. The first night it was really windy and the wind whistled through the living room windows so loudly that’s all we could hear. Traffic noise wouldn’t be as bad if bedroom windows closed 2) Bathroom fan sounds like a garbage disposal. Blades must be hitting blades?? We didn’t use it much for fear it would start on fire or just fall apart 3) Dishwasher is not anchored down & flops around when opened. When full, both top & bottom racks fly out when opened. Not safe! That’s probably what broke the counter top edge above the dishwasher. Pieces of the edge are taped on with clear tape that is dirty & peeling off. Saw this in a December 2023 review and 2 months later is still not repaired. How does housekeeping not see these issues & report them to maintenance? Other things in the unit that could be updated: All coffee mugs have chipped rims. Shower curtain rod is rusted, towel racks & toilet paper holder are corroded, toilet seat is yellowed, all screws on outlets & light switches are rusted, door hinges are rusted. This makes the condo look old & dirty even though it’s clean. Inexpensive to replace & makes a big difference. Nice condo but needs love & attention.

Great location!
Loacation was great view was 2/3 great and 1/3 hiway. JESSE, the property manager was great and a wealth of information including the derelict Coco Palms across the street. The unit was OK. Kitchen was marginal, in need of a remodel. The counter top was cracked and repaired with tape the toaster would not work, the top of the fridge was filthy and rusted. Pool isn't heated..too cold for grandkids. All things considered we would stay there again but in a different unit away from the road. All things considered we enjoyed the

Very Clean!
This was a nice place to stay with great views of the ocean! It was spotlessly clean even though it is an older condo. There is a fabulous bakery across the street with amazing malasadas. My only complaint, if I had one, is the traffic noise in the morning since it is right off the main road. We ran the fan all night for white noise.

Amazing Stay
Amazing view from the balcony where we enjoyed our meals, watching the sunrise and taking in the scenery. The unit was centrally located, comfortable and met our needs. Management was responsive. Shopping and restaurants at Coconut Marketplace, beachfront food and drinks at Lava Lava and great baked goods at Passion Bakery all within easy walking distance. Look forward to returning someday!
