The Wailua Bay View Condos are ideally situated just 7 miles from the Lihue Airport on Kauai's 'Royal Coconut Coast', midway between attractions on the North and South shores. With numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance, you will find this to be the perfect place to start your day exploring Kauai, and to end it!
Unit # 209 is on the second floor and is located closest to the ocean.

Please remember that kitchen clean-up is not included in your cleaning fee. Try to leave the kitchen as you found it. Unused items in the fridge will be donated to a local shelter.

Love this place. Great location, unbelievable views. Well equipped with all the essentials for an easy weeklong stay. I’ll come back if I can. even had beach supplies to make your life easy.
The good: spectacular views of the ocean, very private, everything in good condition, lots of kitchen gadgets and dishes, supplies provided by the host and previous guests, quiet pool with mostly adults. Great experience working with the host.The less good: AC was 2 window units and noisy, especially in the bedroom, and had difficulty keeping the place cool. The waves drowned out the traffic noise on the balcony, but not at the pool or common areas.Overall: excellent value if you are OK with some AC noise and traffic noise.

Great location- very accessible to nearby restaurants and shops and easy to get to/from the airport as well as other parts of the island. The only drawback of the location was the traffic noise from the highway. But truly wonderful ocean views that can't be beat.
Everything was perfect and work as described in listing. Great natural air circulation, fan and ac if needed. Amazing roaring ocean and sunrise view every morning.
The condo was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed for our week stay in Kauai. The view from the balcony of the ocean was awesome. We could see whale spouts from the view. My only drawback from a 5 star was the street noise during the night
Great amenities! The best we’ve had when renting a condo. Love all the tv choices. Fans and air conditioning both. Well stocked. Lots of little things he thought of. Location is perfect. Easy access to the entire island. Coconut Marketplace next door! And of course, friendly chickens.
This is a well-appointed condo, with a fabulous view of the bay from the lanai. Shayne sent us a welcome email with helpful information about the condo, the pool, the neighborhood and things to do, see and where to dine and shop. All we needed was food for our stay. Every other need was met and well thought out by our host. Lovely to just come in and feel right at home!
Good little condo right in the middle of most things. About equal time to get to Hanalei or Waimea making this a good central place for those that want to explore the island.
The condo was perfect for us. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Passion Bakery across the street is a must if you are staying in this condo. Also Lava Lava which is also walking distance was a fun place to hang out for cocktails. We didn’t eat but the food looked very good. The bed was very comfortable and the room air conditioner in the bedroom for at night was awesome. I would highly recommend staying at this property.
Our unit was recently renovated making our accommodations delightful. We also appreciated the location giving us access to many beaches and restaurants.
Everything was as advertised- convenient location on the east side, ocean view and sound of the waves. AC in bedroom was sublime at night. Check in and out was easy, pool area and grills were great after a day of adventure. Communication with owner was prompt. Overall a relaxing and comfortable stay!
When I walked in to the apartment, the first thing that I noticed was the amazing view! The apartment was beautiful, and Shayne went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was wonderful. He even included a seven page welcome letter with suggestions for activities, restaurants, etc. I would happily stay here again!

Being midway between the north (Hanalei) and south (Poipu) shores of Kauai makes this location the perfect stepping-off point for all of the tourist attractions on the island. Few properties on Kauai provide the unobstructed, and private, ocean view that this unit provides - and certainly not in this price range!
The town of Wailua, and nearby Kapaa, provide visitors with all the conveniences you may need, many of which are within walking distance of the Wailua Bay View Apartments.
