"Bel Art Atelier" (40 m²) consists of a private kitchen, a small bathroom with a newly renovated shower on the first floor, and a living room with a double bed (1.80 m × 2.00 m) in the attic, which is connected via an internal staircase.

The apartment is ideal for a single person or at most a couple. A sofa bed (1.40 m × 2.00 m) is available for up to two children. However, there is no baby bed in this apartment. If needed, please inquire by phone.
