One of a kind views of the Ossipee mountains. Private and spacious with the lake in your backyard. We provide Row boat, kayaks, and a 2 person fishing canoe, tubes and life jackets for your entire family. Swim to the dock and relax on the water right outside the back-door. Fall asleep to the sounds of our resident Loon nightly. Smart TVs in every room with a 75" in living room. Central A/C. Large deck with grill and smoker to share with family. Breathtaking views of the mountains and wildlife. There are 3 security cameras on property. A Ring doorbell, A Ring floodlight both in front and a camera at the basement door. All for Liability purposes

Heavenly in every way

Perfect property - I mean, beautiful and close to hiking, restaurants, and nature. Great place for a family or just a romantic getaway. Sean, the host, is responsive and communicative - very helpful. The home is clean and inviting with great light and views.

Great stay

The house is great - a little more space than I expected from the pictures inside, and a great location with easy access to the water, and to nearby towns. Having the kayaks and canoe were key - and the fishing was fantastic. Had our dog with us and she loved the place too. And Sean was great - communicated early and often to make sure we were ready for arrival, and checked in to make sure all was going well. Exceeded our expectations in every way.

Fabulous location

This house was perfect for our short family get away, very quiet and tranquil. Beautiful location! Host was extremely helpful & responsive. House was very comfortable with everything you need!

This house was built by my grandparents and has been in my family for 3 generations. My grandparents knew this was a special place and it is my pleasure to share it with you.

Why they chose this property

Serene and quite all the time. Guaranteed to see and hear our resident loon population as they love to hunt for fish right in our cove. float to the swim-raft and relax on the built in seating and table with your favorite beverage of choice. Large deck and personal beach steps outside the back door. There are 3 security camera on site for liability as well as your protection since i manage my home remotely. A ring doorbell, a ring floodlight in the front and a wyze cam at the basement door.

What makes this property unique

Private cove on lake with incredible wildlife. Hummingbirds at the feeders everyday on the deck. Catch a glimpse of our resident beaver as he swims across the lake to build his dam.
Serene, quiet and relaxing in the heart of Moultonborough.
