Lake Winnipesaukee Water Front Cottage With Private Dock And Beach
3 bedroom cottage on the water with private dock and beach. Swim to float in private cove. Row boat and canoe available for use or bring your own boat and tie up to dock! Bedroom #1 has queen bed, bedroom #2 has queen bed and twin, bedroom #3 has bunk beds and double bed. Living room has two couches (one pulls out into a bed) and two chairs, fully equipped kitchen with large table. House also has an attached screened in porch, outside picnic table, firepit, hammock, grill, private sandy beach great for kids and dock. A/C units in 2 out of 3 bedrooms. There is no cable TV, but we have a TV with a DVD and VCR in the living room. We also have wi-fi.

Strip any used beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All trash must be bagged before putting in trash can and close the two latches to prevent bears. Trash can must be rolled to top of driveway prior to departure or by Monday morning at 7am.
Please remove your sheets from all beds and make beds.
All dishes must be done and clean dishes put away
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
