This spacious studio apartment (third floor with elevator) is located in a historic building over 300 years old, newly reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from the Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

Located in a vibrant and hip part of the city with lots fabulous restaurants and shops around. A big theatre and a huge gym are close by as well as the Metro station (La Latina) for easy access to all of Madrid.
