Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and well-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!



This spacious studio apartment (second floor with elevator) is located in a historic building over 300 years old, recently reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

Situated in a lively neighborhood with many restaurants, yet it still manages to be quiet enough for a decent night&#39s sleep. Ein sehr schönes und zentrales Apartement im Herzen von Madrid (auch für Familien geeignet).

Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum (in der Nähe der Metro und vieler Restaurants und Bars), bequeme Betten, ruhig (weil gut isoliert) und schön sowie praktisch eingerichtet, außerdem sauber. Das Stiegenhaus war etwas zu schmutzig! Leider haben wir die netten Besitzer (nur online Check-In möglich) nicht kennen gelernt.

Die Wohnung war klein aber fein, für 3 Tage war die Wohnung perfekt für 4 Personen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern. Für eine längere Zeit wäre es schwierig geworden aus den Koffern zu leben, denn es hatte keine Schränke. Für 3 Tage ging das aber sehr gut.

מיקום מעולה! רחוב קטן ושקט במרכז קרוב כמעט להכל. שקט בלילה כך שמומלץ מאוד למי שרגיש לרעש. הכל חדש ונקי, אשת הקשר היתה מאוד נחמדה וזמינה לכל בקשה. עשו מאמצים כדי להקדים את הצק אין שלנו ל 12 סהכ דירה מאוד נוחה ומאובזרת מצוין. דירת סטודיו לא גדולה אבל מניחה שזה ככה בכל מקום כי זה מרכז מדריד

Excellent location, in the city center, near many good restaurants. Easy acces to the Metro station. Very friendly staff and even if it is with self checkin, you get immediate support, welcome messages with all the needed details (wup, email). Very good quality of the studio and good value for money given also that it is in the city center. Nothing I would change :)

Excelente Lugar!

¡La ubicación inmejorable! El anfitrión muy atento y pendiente a nuestra llegada para enviarnos los códigos de acceso. La habitación muy limpia y acogedora. Los detalles extra del anfitrión un gran plus :) Definitivamente repetiríamos en el mismo lugar. Realmente todo fue muy positivo.
