There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

This apartment was not at all clean (dirty dishes put back in cabinets, scuffs and stains on walls, caked on dirt on floors), there was no toilet paper or soap, the main entry had a bunch of garbage on the floor. We brought all of this to the attention of the property managers who did come with toilet paper and soap, and did offer another cleaning that would have interrupted our use of the property. The garbage in the main entry was never dealt with. Its nicely designed but not well taken care of. I have never had an experience like this in years of traveling. We were offered 25% off the cleaning fee for all these issues, which doesn't begin to address the quality of our stay. We looked into moving but the cancellation policy would not have allowed us to get our money back for the remaining portion of our stay.
