Gute Lage im Zentrum.Enttäuschender erster Eindruck. Möbel und Einrichtung heruntergekommen. Mangelnde Grundreinigung. Z.B. das Sofa war stark verschmutzt, ein großer undefinierbarer Fleck in der Mitte der Sitzfläche, Töpfe noch stark verschmutzt, übriges Geschirr ebenfalls nicht sauber.Zudem war das Geschirr auch nicht ausreichend für 4 Personen. Bäder waren funktional und einigermaßen sauber.Nach Rückmeldung über den mangelhaften Zustand kam erfreulicherweise schnelle Antwort. Die uns angebotenen Alternativen einer anderen Unterkunft waren aber weit außerhalb des Stadtzentrums und für uns nicht akzeptabel.Auf Anfrage wurde eine Grundreinigung am Folgetag durchgeführt und Küchenutensilien aufgefüllt.Insgesamt für uns als Vielreiser eine enttäuschende Erfahrung.
