Property Registration Number (AMA) 2978738 The Guesthouse is located in the settlement of Ampelokipi, at 680 meters altitude, 10 km from Aigeira and 150 km from Athens, in the prefecture of Achaia, in the western Peloponnese.
Very close, at 6 km is the Syvrou Area Synest Theme Park in the village of Syvro, Lake Tsivlou in 15 minutes by car, Zarouchla at 20 km and the Kalavryta Ski Center at 40 km.

The space
The stone house is built between vines and the Guesthouse is on its ground floor. It is extremely integrated into the natural environment, with many trees and excellent views of the Corinthian Gulf and the mountains of Central Greece, such as Parnassos and others.
It has two spaces, with a king size bed in the main space along with a living room and two single beds in the second space.
Accommodates from 2 to 4 people.

Guest access
My guests will have access to the yard and common areas of the house, such as the outdoor grill-kitchen, upon request and at an additional cost.
