Townhouse Cayman is a charming retreat, ideal for a relaxing holiday in the Algarve, combining comfort, leisure and a privileged location.



The living room is bright and welcoming, with space for socialising and relaxation, providing a perfect environment for moments with family or friends.



On the upper floor there are two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, ensuring privacy and comfort. This floor also has a bathroom with a bathtub.



The kitchen, fully equipped and integrated into the social area, offers a functional and pleasant space for preparing meals and sharing family moments.



On the outside, the private balcony with dining table offers a view of the pool and is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the mild Algarve climate. Guests can also enjoy the resort facilities, including an adult and children's pool, children's playground, tennis court, mini golf and full-size games, guaranteeing fun for all ages.



Located in the prestigious Ponta Grande Resort, just a 3-minute drive and 10-minute walk from São Rafael Beach, and close to restaurants and bars, Townhouse Cayman offers the perfect combination of comfort, leisure and proximity to the beach for an unforgettable holiday in the Algarve.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €180 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.

Perfect Family Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at Townhouse Cayman. The house is very comfortable, but the highlight for us was the resort facilities. Our kids spent the whole day between the playground, the minigolf, and the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals, and the balcony view over the pool is lovely. We also had a great lunch at the resort's restaurant.

Fantastic Location and Very Clean

The location is unbeatable. It only took us about 10 minutes to walk down to São Rafael Beach, which is stunning. The townhouse itself is very bright and clean, with a great layout. We really enjoyed the tennis court in the afternoon and relaxing on the private balcony in the evening. Everything was perfect for a relaxing week in the Algarve.

Perfect location

Townhouse Cayman was the perfect place for our family holiday! The house is spacious, well-equipped, and located in a beautiful resort with excellent facilities. Great spot

An amazing holiday experience at Townhouse Cayman! The property was modern, well-maintained, and very cozy. We had a few issues with check in as it was dark when we arrived so went to the reception for directions and were told that 39 was booked in undwr another name and they had no knowledge of our booking which was a worrying start. I was unable to call the contact number on my email but the receptionist did manage to sort it out for us after some time. There were a few things that needed looking at like the toilet seet and washing machine and i had a good response from the email i sent. All in all it was a lovely place, and being right infront of the pool was great to keep an eye on the kids. Kitchen was set up well and the beds upstairs were super comfy. We would definitely come back to stay again. The marina is a lovely little hidden gem within walking distance too, lots of water activities, bars and restaurants.
