CASA ALMUT - VARENNA VEZIO under the CASTLE
Ancient stable or barn, renovated in the 1990s with a wood-burning fireplace, located along the Sentiero del Viandante trail in the center of a quiet village, away from traffic, between the lake and the mountains. Ideal for nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts, just a few minutes from breathtaking panoramic views of the central part of Lake Como.
A 15-20 minute walk takes you to Villa Monastero and Villa Cipressi, as well as the Lovers' Walk along the lake, where you will find restaurants and shops for every taste. From there, you can cross the lake by boat, ferry, or water taxi to visit the charming villages on the opposite shore (Bellagio, Menaggio, Cadenabbia, …).
A 15-20 minute walk takes you to Villa Monastero and Villa Cipressi, as well as the Lovers' Walk along the lake, where you will find restaurants and shops for every taste.
