Located in the idyllic village of Kirmenjak, not far from Poreč, this beautiful, modernly designed holiday home offers luxury and comfort on three floors.
On the ground floor there is a spacious open-plan living room with an elegantly equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as one bedroom. The living room leads directly to a spacious terrace with an impressive 16-meter long swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun.
The first floor offers three luxuriously decorated ensuite bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and modern interior. On the second floor there is a main master bedroom with a private bathroom, as well as an elegant open-plan living room with a roof terrace, from which there is a beautiful view of the sea in the distance.
The surroundings of the house are decorated in a Mediterranean style, with carefully selected vegetation that creates the perfect atmosphere for rest and relaxation. This charming holiday home offers a combination of authentic Istrian atmosphere and modern comfort, making it the perfect destination for nature lovers, active holidays and hedonistic enjoyment of vacation with your family or friends.
